Welcome to our Candle Making Workshop! We're so happy to have you join us for this unique and fun experience. At our workshop, we want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable time. To help you prepare for the workshop, here are some important terms and agreements:
Terms & Agreements
Attendance Policy
We kindly ask that you make every effort to arrive on time for your workshop. Late entry can disrupt the flow of the workshop and delay your candle-making experience. All members of your party must be present at the time of entry to be admitted. If you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled start time, we may have to reschedule your appointment or issue a refund, at the discretion of the instructor.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your workshop, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will be happy to provide you with a refund. To cancel, please send an email to scentsbyfaycandles@gmail.com, with "Cancellation" in the subject line. Please provide your name, order information, and contact details in the email body.
Age Requirements
All participants under the age of 15 must be accompanied an adult, unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions about age requirements, please contact us at scentsbyfaycandles@gmail.com
Fragrance
I acknowledge and provide my consent to be present in a high fragrance environment. I understand that the surroundings may include the use of scented products or substances that could affect individuals sensitive to fragrances.
By choosing to enter and remain in this space, I voluntarily accept any associated risks related to reactions or discomfort arising from exposure to fragrances.
I confirm that I am aware of the nature of the environment and take full responsibility for my decision to participate in the event.
Alcohol Policy
We understand that some of our guests may choose to consume alcohol during the workshop. However, we ask that you drink responsibly and practice good judgment. If the instructor feels that you have had too much to drink, they reserve the right to stop your alcohol consumption and may call a cab at your expense. By participating in our Candle Making Workshop, you agree to hold only yourself responsible for the alcohol you consume during the event.
